1.1. Supervise, plan, and manage all operations within the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 1.2. Command and oversee municipal officials, permanent employees, and temporary staff in accordance with government regulations. 1.3. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
** Acting Authority: In the event that Mr. Ritnatee Preeprem is absent or unable to perform his duties, Mr. Manusak Chanto (Professional Level Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Officer) shall act on his behalf. If the first substitute is also unavailable, Mr. Keerati Tapsit (Practitioner Level Municipal Affairs Officer) shall act as the second substitute. **
2. Mr. Manusak Chanto, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Officer (Professional Level)
- Responsibilities:
2.1. Command and execute operations related to disaster prevention and mitigation. 2.2. Act as the Supply Control Officer for the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 2.3. Supervise the procurement, distribution, and monthly reporting of fuel consumption. 2.4. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 2.5. Provide public assistance and relief to disaster victims. 2.6. Supervise the inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness. 2.7. Oversee the duties of officers and Civil Defense Volunteers (CDV). 2.8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

3. Mr. Keerati Tapsit, Municipal Affairs Management Officer (Practitioner Level)
- Responsibilities:
3.1. Serve as the Head of the Municipal Affairs Unit within the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 3.2. Supervise, inspect, and organize fresh markets, street vendors, and stalls. 3.3. Control the sale of goods from vehicles, motorcycles, carts, and trolleys, ensuring they remain within designated relaxation zones and boundaries. 3.4. Monitor and inspect the installation of advertisements in public places, as well as the placement of materials and the organization of various ceremonies. 3.5. Maintain overall public order and ensure strict compliance with the Act on the Maintenance of Cleanliness and Orderliness of the Country, B.E. 2535 (1992) and other related laws. 3.6. Oversee and maintain patrol vehicles: Ford (License No. Kor Khor 7250 Tak) and Nissan (License No. Nor Khor 2976 Tak) used for municipal operations. 3.7. Coordinate with various government agencies related to official business. 3.8. Manage the website and information technology systems for the Municipal Affairs Unit. 3.9. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

4. Mr. Noppadol Panyasit, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Officer (Practitioner Level)
- Responsibilities: 4.1. Command and execute operations related to disaster prevention and mitigation. 4.2. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 4.3. Supervise the inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness. 4.4. Direct the formulation of disaster prevention and mitigation plans and operational planning. 4.5. Supervise the preparation of procurement documents in accordance with the annual operation plan. 4.6. Oversee the procurement, distribution, and monthly reporting of fuel consumption. 4.7. Collect statistics and report disaster-related performance results to government agencies. 4.8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
5. Mr. Sutthiphong Ommuen, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Officer (Operational Level)
- Responsibilities: 5.1. Command and execute operations related to disaster prevention and mitigation. 5.2. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 5.3. Prepare, oversee, repair, and maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness. 5.4. Collect and process data from surveys of water sources, traffic routes, and communities to support the development of disaster prevention and mitigation plans. 5.5. Prepare reports, records, and statistics related to disaster prevention for submission to superiors. 5.6. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
6. Mr. Jakkaphong Nantaharn, Administrative Officer (Operational Level) - Responsibilities:
6.1. Perform administrative, clerical, and general management tasks. 6.2. Draft annual/supplementary budget ordinances, including budget transfers, revisions, and clarifications for the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 6.3. Formulate annual/supplementary local development plans and operational plans for the division. 6.4. Supervise the procurement, distribution, and monthly reporting of fuel consumption. 6.5. Manage procurement and contracting for the fiscal year. 6.6. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 6.7. Draft and type official correspondence for both internal and external agencies. 6.8. Record statistics and report disaster prevention and mitigation performance to government agencies. 6.9. Organize and maintain official documents according to the clerical filing system. 6.10. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
